"[OK Sweetheart] sings with the kind of richly nuanced, delicately expressive delivery, redolent of early 20th-century jazz and Tin Pan Alley pop, that can only be described as timeless."

With an ear to late 60’s pop, Erin Austin penned a staggering 60 songs before collaborating with Rob Gungor to form OK Sweetheart. The duo made the top 5 in Austin City Limit’s “The Sound and The Jury” competition and were selected as an official showcasing act at both SXSW and CMJ the same year. Besides playing two showcases, OK Sweetheart’s SXSW buzz landed them an in-studio interview on ABC’s Austin affiliate KVUE.
